Predictive Analytics

Each row is a month's batch of leases. Compare Default % across months to see if newer cohorts are performing better or worse. A rising default rate in recent months is a red flag for underwriting. Look for months where Active count is high but Paid Off is low — those cohorts may still deteriorate.
