Each row is a month's batch of leases. Compare Default % across months to see if newer cohorts are performing better or worse. A rising default rate in recent months is a red flag for underwriting. Look for months where Active count is high but Paid Off is low — those cohorts may still deteriorate.

📤 RTO Data Import Ready

Import historical RTO data from Portfolio and Dealer Recon Excel files. This is a fresh start import - existing data will be cleared first.

Step 1: Clear Existing Data

Remove all existing customers, devices, leases, payments, and schedules before importing.

Step 2: Import Portfolio

Upload "Portfolio Detailed Report" Excel file to import customers, devices, and leases.

Step 3: Import Payments

Upload "Dealer Contract Reconciliation" Excel files (one at a time). You can upload multiple files - each adds to the running total.

Step 4: Rebuild Payment Schedules

Generate payment schedules for all active leases based on their terms and mark past payments as paid.
